Are you struggling with questions to your faith? Feeling distant from God or empty in your spirit? Faith can be a source of strength and hope; but for many, questions about God, pain and suffering, and difficulties with prior religious experiences can result in serious mental health concerns.
Therapy Can Help
We can work together to take specific steps toward improving your faith and spirituality. Whether you are Christian, Mormon, Buddhist, Muslim, or Atheist (or perhaps you’re not quite sure what you believe), I can help you develop practices that improve your sense of spiritual strength.
The therapy office is an excellent place to explore possible answers to life’s deepest questions. I work with you to create an environment where all questions can be on the table without judgment or criticism. While I do not act as a faith leader, I do have much experience and training in the area of faith and spirituality. I can work with you to identify sources of meaning and purpose for your life.
