Living with psychosis is difficult enough. No one should do it alone. You might hear voices or noises, have intrusive and unwanted thoughts, see people, things, or shadows that others don’t see, or experience paranoia.
Therapy can help.
I help you build skills to manage your symptoms. Together we can work to tailor skills to your own experience, including distraction, mindfulness, reality testing, and creative adaptation. While medication is often the first line of treatment for psychotic symptoms, often medications do not help all of your symptoms. Psychotherapy can help you build skills to improve your quality of life in a variety of areas, including relationships, self-sufficiency, symptom management, and crisis prevention. |
